The displayed color will always be affected by the CMYK profile of the document - whether consciously chosen or not. There is no "generic", "standard" or "ordinary" CMYK. Illustrator must convert your CMYK colors to RGB somehow and the only way it can know how to display your colors is from color profiles. – I will attach a pdf I exported from the afdesign file and a screenshot from when I upload it to the newspaper and get an RGB warning. A friend who use Adobe Creative software was able to export the PDF without a RGB warning. So I know that Adobe software is able to change RGB transparency to CMYK. Can Affinity Designer? test2.pdf
Although the default Adobe Illustrator color mode is RGB, you can use Illustrator to convert RGB to CMYK using the following steps. Navigate to File, choose Document Color Mode and then select CMYK. Open the hidden tab and then click on CMYK. Adjust the color using the color slides or double-click the Fill color option.

How can I convert to CMYK without losing the color quality? Anyone has similar experience? I have tried to change the document color mode to CMYK but the color become dull. I would follow a kind of brute force attempt and: set up color management, then enter the CMYK values you want to get and see what happens. You might need to go a little back and forth between the RGB and CMYK view in the color panel (don't change the document color mode yet). When you get the color, rasterize in the resolution you need.

These color values are converted to an RGB value. This results in the color value in RGB notation with rgb (255, 0, 0, 1). There is always a loss of color accuracy to be expected when converting from CMYK to another color format. Since CMYK calculates without transparency value, it is not possible to calculate an RGBA color with transparency
