When I bought the Kuga I tuned and programmed it outside my home address, (Preston Lancashire). On a recent trip to York all preset DAB stations failed to pick up anything, local scan while parked up found a couple of stations to listen to. The first thing to check is the connection between the antenna cable and the back of your head unit. If that’s properly seated, then you may want to find a station you can tune into and then gently wiggle the antenna itself back and forth. If the connection is solid, you shouldn’t notice anything.
For all DAB digital radios at home or in your car, refer to the instructions for your particular product on how you retune, delete old station labels/names and reset your presets.
